About sponge

In 2009, sponge started out as a team of one. It evolved into a tutoring company specialising in quality teaching and student wellbeing, with a team of 60 tutors. Today, sponge is a support network for educators worldwide.

I’m Sarah Durack, a high school teacher and tutor. As well as founding and managing sponge, I’m also involved in education research and I guest lecture in entrepreneurship at universities.
